Anand Krishna is the LAST primary voice of pluralism in this the biggest muslim populated country in the world. Every rude trick has been thrown at destroying his movement, his reputation, his dignity and even his life. The following video shows what happened on February 16, 2013 at 9 am when prosecutor and some thugs returned to the Ashram Ubud Bali to force execute Anand Krishna eventhough the execution itself is unlawful and non-executable. They commit acts of violence to the participants during the execution.
Is it appropriate if law enforcement agencies acted arbitrarily like this? If there are people who ask for justice, is it like this?

ILLEGAL ATTEMPT TO ARREST ANAND KRISHNA (FEBRUARY 14, 2013)
A Lady Judge Albertina Ho declared Anand Krishna not guilty of sexual harassment charges on November 22nd, 2011. She replaced the previous presiding judge, who was Judge Hari Sasangka, because he frequently met one of the witnesses out of the court in private. Hundreds of pictures serve as the evidence of their illicit relationship.
Countless irregularities were encountered during the legal proceedings; please see our Page of Facts. Almost 90% of trial discussed the ideas of Anand Krishna, only 10% discussed the charges. It is very obvious that some obscure individuals are trying to silence Anand Krishna's vision. And common people can also conclude that this case is PURELY FABRICATED. Nevertheless, on August 3rd, 2012, suddenly the acquittal was appealed by the Prosecutor Martha Berliana Tobing and was granted by the Supreme Court's Panel of Judges, which is chaired by Zaharuddin Utama with two other members namely Achmad Yamanie and Sofyan Sitompul. The Law in Indonesia has been truly abused and manipulated by those unscrupulous legal officials. And Mr. Anand Krishna has decided not to accept it because it's unmistakably A LEGAL ERROR.

Earlier in the morning, we had the opening ceremony of our ashram in Ubud, which was attended by the King of Ubud, the Regent, Deputy of the Bali Governor, an official from the Ministry of Tourism, the Chief Priests of Bali, the Chairman of the Indonesian Hindu Council, a prominent Muslim woman activist and other dignitaries.
If we see the modus operandi - they really wanted to cancel the prog yesterday, which did not happen.
So, after this ruling on the web, anytime now the prosecutor's office can serve the arrest warrant.
My stand is clear, i shall fight to the last drop of my blood. All our friends, sympathizers - including those who initially opposed it - are now seeing the rationale of my decision. I shall not succumb to this unlawful and unconstitutional arrest. They can only drag my dead body out, not me. They shall drown in that blood.

The supreme court's unlawful and unconstitutional overturn of the acquittal can now be clearly seen as a barbaric act, which defies all human decency.

Indonesian Supreme Court Throws Out Innocent Verdict for Spiritualist Anand Krishna, Sentencing Him to 2.5 Years of Prison
The travesties in the Case of Anand Krishna and for all Peoples who respect Justice, Freedom and Human Rights.
On November 22, 2011, following a trial that lasted nearly two years - prolific author, spiritual guru and front-line proponent in creating a pluralistic Indonesian society - Anand Krishna was found innocent in a South Jakarta Court of all criminal charges laid against him.
That trial, largely unprecedented in the annals of Indonesian jurisprudence, saw the State present a disjointed case in which the writings and teachings of Krishna urging religious tolerance and pluralism received more attention by the Court than evidence connected to the actual charges laid by a former female follower who said she had been sexually otraged by the spiritual guru.
The drama and intense media attention accompanying the trial intensified during a 49-day hunger strike initiated by Krishna and, later, the removal of presiding judge Hari Sasangka for fraternization with one of the prosecution’s main witnesses.
With the trial process largely in tatters, highly respected and fiercely independent jurists Albertina Ho was assigned to continue and finish the trial. Reviewing the evidence and recalling key witnesses, Judge Ho wasted little time ruling the evidence presented by the prosecution was totally inadequate to support the criminal charges against Anand Krishna. Judge Ho acquitted Krishna of all charges and ordering a full restoration of his civil rights.
Unhappy with the acquittal and in seeming disregard for Section 244 of the Indonesian Criminal Code (KUHP), prosecutors appealed Krishna’s acquittal to the Indonesian Supreme Court.
KUHP 244 stipulates that appeals cannot be brought to the Supreme Court when the defendant has been freed and declared innocent by the lower court.
Shortly after acquitting Krishna and following her fearless handling of politically charged cases involving tax manipulation by Gayus Tambunan and disgraced prosecutor Cirus Sinaga, Judge Ho was summarily reassigned to a backwater community on Bangka island.
Undeterred and taking legal refuge under a Minister of Justice 1983 decree that declared acquittals by a lower court could be challenged in the Supreme Court for reasons of “condition, law, justice and correctness,” prosecutors appealed Krishna's innocent verdict to the Supreme Court. In taking the position that a Ministerial Decree has greater legal weight than a formalized law, three judges ruled in late July 2012 that Justice Ho had erred in her absolute acquittal of Anand Krishna, concluding that he was in fact guilty of sexual molestation of a student or a person under his supervision in accordance with Indonesian criminal code (KUHP 294).
In reversing the acquittal, the three judges also imposed a prison sentence of 2.5 years to be served by Anand Krishna.

I knew Anand Krishna personally during my stay in Indonesia.
During almost 5 years of my stay there, I found Indonesians to be very tolerant, friendly and good natured people. They are to me a representation of tolerant religious values and goodness of human nature.

Normally the human consciousness is cluttered by a continuous cyclic momentum of thoughts, emotions, imaginations and memories.
We call this continuous inner chatter / self-talk as mind.
Due to this continuous inner chatter called mind, the silence / silent watchful awareness behind the mind gets totally covered and clouded-over.
It is the conditioning of this mind that creates divisive attitude based on religions, culture, race, language, etc. And this divisive attitude further creates hatred, wars, etc.

Anand Krishna is a person who has the capacity to uncover this inner silence, the inner silent watchful awareness through his very presence and also through his teachings.
I know this through my first hand experience.

My dear friends the world over... You may remember back in the year 2010 i was falsely accused of sexual harassment, which started with a black campaign in the media.
In the Closed Court sessions more than 80, even 90 percent of the questions asked by the prosecutor and judges were not related to the charges but to my thoughts, works, books, etc.
We could prove in the court of law that the sole accuser was still virgin, as shown in her medical report from the government hospital, and that there were no signs of volence. Inspite of that, without hearing me, and without giving me the chance to produce my witnesses, i was detained - and i went on hunger strike against the injustice, which lasted for 49 days.
In the meantime, our friends found out the indecent illicit affair of the presiding judge Hari Sasangka with one of the witnesses, the photographs were submitted to the Supreme Court, which intervened and changed the entire panel of the judges. This time the sessions were presided by the MOST CLEAN AND REPUTED WOMAN JUDGE ALBERTINA HO.
She recalled all key witnesses, and finally after more than 15 months of trial, she ACQUITTED ME of al charges, on November 22nd last year.
NOW, ALL LEGAL SYSTEMS IN THE ENTIRE WORLD DOES NOT PERMIT THE PROSECUTOR TO APPEAL AGAINST ACQUITTAL. But, in this case, the prosecutor appealed, and now the 3 Supreme Court Judges presiding over my case, has overturned the acquittal and sentenced me to 2,5 years imprisonment.
This is ENTIRELY UNCONSTITUTIONAL, and is gross violation of human rights..
I NEED YOU ACTIVE SUPPORT AND HELP... This is not about my case alone, but about injustice. THIS IS ABOUT A GROUP OF PEOPLE WHO DO NOT APPROVE OF MY INTERFAITH ACTIVISM and PLURALISTIC VIEWS.
